• Collect and review necessary documentation for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other stakeholders to expedite loan approval process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed client expectations throughout the loan process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or similar role.
• Deep understanding of mortgage products, loan structuring, and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient in relevant software applications and mortgage industry tools.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS) preferred.
